These terms govern use of the eva website, waitlist, and any early-access service offered under an invitation.

Operator and acceptance
EVA CEO operates eva from Australia. Exact legal-entity, trading-name, ABN, and address details must be supplied and legally reviewed before public launch. By using the site, joining the waitlist, or accepting an early-access invitation, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.
Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, feature set, service level, or price. Invitations may be issued in small waves and may be withdrawn. Any price or additional product terms will be presented before you activate paid access.
Early-access software may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or experience interruptions. Feedback is welcome, but you are not required to provide it.
Acceptable use
You must use eva lawfully and must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users or infrastructure, introduce malicious content, scrape or probe the service without permission, or use it to infringe another person's rights.
Your content and eva materials
You retain ownership of business information and other content you submit. You give eva the limited permission needed to host, process, retrieve, and transform that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to submit it.
The eva software, design, brand, and documentation remain owned by the operator or its licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Agent-assisted output
Agent output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before you rely on it. eva is a business workspace, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, approvals, and use of output.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may change, pause, or discontinue the site or early-access service. Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, or manage the early-access program. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion subject to the Privacy Notice.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, eva is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by reliance on unreviewed agent output. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited only as the law permits. This section requires qualified legal review before launch.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable State or Territory to be specified in the final operator details.
